- Put on the ointment your provider gives you for 7–10 days
- No eye makeup for 10 days
- Expect some swelling and tenderness for 24-48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. Initially, the color will appear dark and bold. Over 7-10 days, a light crust may form or the area may flake; it's important to allow this to resolve naturally. Results start to show in 3–4 weeks, as the skin heals.

A little more technical

A specialized device with a fine needle implants cosmetic-grade pigment into the upper dermis of the eyelid to create a long-lasting eyeliner effect.

Micropigmentation involves the intradermal implantation of exogenous pigments using a fine, oscillating needle. The pigment particles are deposited into the papillary layer of the dermis, where they are engulfed by macrophages and also remain in the extracellular space, resulting in a long-lasting visible line.
